I just want to make sure given the circumstances we went through that after we give you all my husband’s information and the hard credit check is done we arent told we can’t use him to get pre-approved. I was able to get pre-approved for 120,000 on my own in January but the mortgage company won’t consider my husband for another 2 years. I just need to know that someone will be willing to work with him to get pre-approved. I guess we are a little skeptical.
