Hope you are well. We are looking to apply for a mortage loan and while we meet most requirements (down payment, credit score, debt to income ratio) my husband a Portuguese citizen and had to wait for his green card to arrive in order to work so he does not meet the 2 year requirement. He has a 9 month work history and I’m wondering if we could take both our incomes into account. I’d be happy to further discuss this with you over the phone should you have the time. Let me know your thoughts.

We do have equity in our home and I would like to refinance and take cash out to pay off the entire bankruptcy.

Is this something you would be able to help with?
