You Cannot Have Credit Dispute in Mortgage Process
It is no rocket science to dispute negative items on your credit report and see if the derogatory items will fall off from your credit report. Every consumer can repair their credit. All you need to do is get a copy of your credit reports from the three credit reporting agencies and file a credit dispute letter to each credit reporting agencies: Transunion, Experian, and Equifax.
How to Dispute Bad Credit That is False Information
Once you contest a negative credit item, the credit reporting agency needs to verify your credit dispute by contacting the subject creditor and get proof that your credit dispute is valid all within 30 days. If the creditor does not get back to the credit reporting agency, the credit reporting agency needs to delete it from your credit report.
Many consumers dispute their derogatory credit information by consistently writing a credit dispute letter to the three credit reporting agencies. If the creditor does verify that the late payment or derogatory information is your, you can dispute your negative information again and again. Each time the creditor has 30 days to respond to your credit dispute. If the creditor forgets to verify your credit dispute, the credit reporting agency has to delete your negative information from their credit data base.
Credit Repair through Credit Dispute Process
Every consumer should pay attention to their credit reports and check for errors and see if they can delete negative information. A good credit score mean lower interest expense and lower interest rates.
