Have been approved for an fha loan and the child support has become an issue, there is no balance to show that it’s current and that the back amount was paid, I can’t seem to get any answers on obtaining a balance, with that being said, how do I prove I’m not behind so I can move forward on the house we are approved for and have the loan pending so we can close on it???

Looking at doing another VA loan. The lender I am currently working with has said that since I have accounts in collection status and don’t meet the credit score minimum for this I am not eligible for this.
