In this article, we will cover and discuss education around the mortgage industry and lending guidelines. Good Evening to each and every one of you! Man oh man has this week been truly a fantastic one. I was able to catch up with some friends and family members as I mentioned in my previous blog, and it did bring me a great deal of joy. I actually received a call today from my aunt asking me about a mortgage for one of her second cousins. I told her due to confidentiality. I would have to speak with her cousin one on one. My aunt then replied, “That’s not a problem at all.” I will give her a call to inform her that you will be calling within the next 30 minutes or so, and then shoot you .a text with her contact info. I did just that. I called my aunt’s cousin about 25 minutes or so later. We talked for a great length of time. I asked questions about her goals while shopping for a mortgage, what she expected to accomplish on this wonderful adventure in purchasing her first home. Ideally what is her overall current circumstances intel. In this article, we will discuss and cover Education Around The Mortgage Industry And Lending Guidelines.

Education Around The Mortgage Industry And Finding Your Dream Home

She then began to explain that she had already found her dream home and now she just needs to find a mortgage provider who will be consistent in getting everything approved and done. I asked why do you mention such a great detail around consistency with getting your mortgage approved. She then stated that she had a bankruptcy that won’t mark the 2-year bench until May 2018. I said well that explains it all then. She looked at me and seemed a bit confused. I then explained that when shopping for a mortgage your bankruptcy has to be clear for a minimum of 2 years. I then asked, “Had anyone explained this to you?”  She replied, “No, never!”  I apologized on behalf of whom she had previously worked with.

Real Estate And Mortgage Professions And Regulations

Sometimes being in an industry like real estate, people tend to focus on the short-term goals, and if any obstacles stand in the way of their short-term goals, they are pushed to the side. I explained that I assure you that once this bankruptcy is clear and ready t go in May I will do my due diligence to you, and work with you to obtain the dream home that you’ve been yearning for such a long time. I could hear in her voice how excited she was to finally hear such great news. She was also relieved to finally know why the other loan officer hadn’t been returning her calls and just fell off the face of the earth. I apologized again and she said thank you, Alex.

Great Service By Mortgage Professionals

You’ve helped me more in our 20-minute conversation than anyone has helped me through the year I’ve been trying to get this process done and over with. I definitely look forward to working with you in May. I will be happy to promote your great customer service and tell everyone I know about this wonderful experience. I then thanked her as well and said I look forward to working with you too!  Sometimes things aren’t going to come as easy as we may like them to be. Sometimes people are not who they seem to be either. The most important thing is treating everyone equally at all times because you never know what that person can bring. Always treat everyone the same. I promise the return will always be a greater one than you could have ever imagined! Until next time world!
