Wendy Lahn

Wendy Lahn has been in this industry for 3-1/2 decades, working with Buyers and Sellers to help them realize their homeownership goals and dreams, as a real estate salesperson and real estate broker. Wendy decided to broaden her knowledge base and enter the mortgage lending field, and is in her third year of brokering mortgage loans. Wendy is licensed in 25 states, but has access to 48 states, DC, and Puerto Rico, being brokered by Gustan Cho Associates (powered by NEXA Mortgage, LLC). Rejoining GCA is a very exciting move for Wendy, as she will be involved in more than just brokering mortgages, as she contributes to the Broker Development Program, GCA Heroes Program, For Sale By Owner Program and applies her legal degrees, to deploy legal oversight as GCA’s General Legal Counsel. This role, by far, will be the most diverse and engaging of Wendy’s career, utilizing all facets of Wendy’s background and education.
