Trinh would love to assist you with your conforming or investor loans. She started her career in Mortgages in 2005, originating home loans and making dreams come true for her clients. Then went on to get her Real Estate license in 2007.

Trinh is a Vietnamese American with an entrepreneurial spirit. She is a Vietnamese refugee who came to America when she was only eight months old. Her father, a Navy Captain, had the vision to provide a better life for his family & chase the American Dream. Trinh came from generations of business owners and got her 1st sales job at 13 years old as a door-to-door Sales Rep. She quickly found her passion, natural talent & success in Sales. She prides herself on delivering a 5-star experience and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals.

Trinh grew up in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles County), CA, most of her life & now located in Orange County, California. She is a former Dance Teacher. As a former dancer, Trinh learned the importance of taking the lead, flowing, educating, and overcoming obstacles seamlessly like a dance. She applies her former training to her work; this dance is the joy of existence. She has an outgoing personality and connects well with others. She is kind, empathic, a good listener and a pleasure to do business with her.

She uses this unique background experience to specialize in Financial Services and is also a Debt Consultant to help her clients tackle debt. She is passionate about helping others transform a more fulfilled & enriched life.

Trinh met her husband, Ron in 2008. He is a Real Estate Developer and owns a Marketing Agency. Together they have worked on a large portfolio of Home Remodeling projects and an extensive Real Estate portfolio for Investors. They have two beautiful young children together and she has two bonus adult children. She loves her time with her family. Since most of her family is in Vietnam, she naturally builds strong relationships with others, and they become her extended family.
