Merry Christmas 2013 To My Clients And Everyone

This year flew by and again I am so grateful this year for meeting dozens of lifetime friendships I have developed through my clients.  The mortgage business is really tough and every deal is a special deal .  With so many regulations on FHA and Fannie Mae mortgage loans, every case scenario needs to be looked at closely and very carefully scrutinized and evaluated.  I represent dozens of wholesale mortgage lenders who all have specific mortgage lending criterias and their own overlays.  I do have about a dozen wholesale mortgage lenders who have no internal mortgage overlays, however, I normally take mortgage loan borrowers who really need a wholesale mortgage lender with no internal lending overlays due to the fact that their mortage rates are normally higher than wholesale mortgage lenders with a few overlays.

Mortgage Loan Borrowers

Over half or more of my business is representing mortgage loan borrowers who have gotten denied from banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and other mortgage brokers.  I like to thank the dozens of professional real estate agents who continuously give me referrals.  As most of my mortgage loan borrowers and realtor partners know, I never take on a deal without first running the mortgage loan borrowers case scenario to an underwriter and make sure we will have no hiccups along the way.  That is the reason I close almost 100% of my mortgage loan applications.  Cases where I get problems is when the appraisals do not appraised at the purchase price or when something unique happens with the mortgage loan borrower where they might lose their jobs or decide on cancelling the home purchase transaction.

Rewards In Helping Mortgage Loan Borrowers

One of the best rewards in doing my job in helping mortgage loan borrowers is the fact that most of my clients become my lifelong friends.  I have regular contacts with all of my mortgage loan borrowers and they always send me pictures of their home and the remodeling and decorating they are doing.  I like to thank all of  my mortgage loan borrowers for giving me the business and trusting me in helping them work in getting their home loan.  More importantly, I feel blessed and thank God that I continously make lifelong friends who I would have never had the opportunity to meet if I were not in this business.  I like to thank the dozens of my realtor partners who I continously work with and wish both my mortgage loan borrower, my blog readers, and my real estate partners a happy Merry Christmas 2013 and a super Great New Year 2014.
